This was an amazing month, and I still have a lot of memories from Balkans trip we did this month, as well as tons of drone footage to go through - it's about 150GB of videos.

Three couples, three countries

Our journey started in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the city of Tuzla, where we rented a van, then drove through Mostar, Karvica waterfall to wonderful Orebic in Croatia where we stayed couple of days.

Next we drove to Kotor in Montenegro, through Dubrovnik and amazing Bay of Kotor, where we stopped for another two days. This gave me and my beloved one an opportunity to experience one of the most beautiful sunrises ever on top of the mount Lovcen.

All of us then headed to Budva, where my friends left us and drove back to Tuzla to leave the car and fly back to their homes. We stayed here for few more days to enjoy local beaches and the Old Town - which was pretty damn cool.

Next, was a longest taxi ride through the border up to Dubrovnik Airport, where we picked another car and drove to Makarska to catch a ferry to Brac island. The best photos I got and the best experience we had overall are from here. Bol was an amazing town, and the most famous nearby beach - Zlatni Rat.

This was almost end of our trip, but before heading back home we resided here for few more days to experience as much as we could. Decision has been made that this could be our holiday retreat each year.

From here we drove to the ferry that took us to Split and we headed down to Trogir for the night. We had plenty of time to visit Old Town and some local beaches before we headed back to the airport.

Light painting with Olympus UK

Month ended up with Light painting in Chislehurst Caves - an event organised by Olympus UK, with Ambassador Marcus Clackson. First of all I didn't realise I live so close to such an amazing part of history. The likes of David Bowie, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd have all performed here! Latterly the caves have been used as a filming location for numerous TV programmes, films and videos, including Merlin, Dr Who and Fungus the Bogey Man.

This was a great opportunity to try out my new OM-D E-M1 Mark II and the LiveComp mode.

Favourite one

As long as I love her, I love this photo as well - this was taken in Dubrovnik - and it perfectly fits as my phone wallpaper.
